Obesity in Aussie children between 5 -15 is confronting (17% being overweight and 7% classed as obese).

Our kids need to move, be active, not be afraid to challenge themselves and even learn to fail!

Our juniors’ classes combine mobility, strength training and workouts to improve overall stamina and cardio. Given the right coaching, their confidence improves as well as their attention to detail!
