We offer fully supervised groups sessions including boxing, Crossfit, Pilates, Tabata and balance/mobility sessions, in Blair Athol, Adelaide, South Australia. We also offer personal training and rehab assistance, as well as fitness/health assessments. Our studio is an all-inclusive, non-threatening environment where everyone is welcome.
